RETURNS AND EXCHANGES:
- We sincerely hope you are 100% satisfied with your purchase.
- However, every purchase said otherwise is eligible for an exchange or a return for 14 days from the day of delivery.
- we suggest you to read the description of the product in detail so that you will have an idea of the fit you are going for.
- The product must be in an unworn condition and deemed fit for resale.
- The tags and all attachments must be intact.
- The product must be shipped in 14 days from the day of receiving the product.
- All the returned products must be received and inspected before return or replacement is issued.
- The return or the roundtrip(exchange) shipping cost is the responsibility of the customer and we suggest to find a reliable carrier.
- Customer will not be refunded for the initial shipping cost.
NOTE: The items on sale are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
PROCESSING:
- As Port Moca is a start up at the moment and run on low staff please allow 2 to 4 days to process your order.
- Port Moca reserves right to cancel your order in some cases such as stock running out or multiple discount codes applied etc.

- We ship worldwide
- We offer free shipping for the orders over $200 inside Australia.
- We partnered up with multiple postal services to get your order at your doorstep at the earliest possible.
- The shipping costs and duration varies depending on the destination of the order.
- Port Moca is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING POLICY
- All applicable customs and duty charges are the responsibility of the customer.
- Custom authorities require that we state the value of your order on the package and they have the right to release or deny release (in rare cases) of your package.
- Port Moca is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
PRODUCT AVAILABILITY
- We hope all our customers get the chance to buy their favourite Port Moca products. However, due to the exclusivity of the products the production numbers are very limited
- If incase, we run out of the product an order is placed for that product we have all the rights to cancel the order.
- The customer will always have a choice of choosing an available product over cancellation. This can be arranged when the customer contacts us on our email info@portmoca.com
